• Posts ledger showing gross weights and amounts of each type of ammunition on hand according to information contained in receiving, shipping, and transfer reports.
• Keeps charts of floor plan of magazines, indicating utilization of space and type of ammunition stored, according to reports on movement of stores.
• Compiles periodic reports on amounts of each type of ammunition on hand and floor space available for each type (dangerous explosives are segregated).
