• Places sheet on top of mold, positions sealing frame around sheet, and fastens frame to rim of mold, using clamps.
• Pushes button to start machine that heats sheet, draws it into mold to form product, and sprays product with cool water or air to harden product.
• Removes product from molds and reloads thermoplastic sheet into machine.
• May trim excessive molding material from products, using knife, scissors, or bandsaw.
