A professional who supervises and coordinates activities of advertising-dispatch clerks engaged in compiling and dispatching advertising schedules and materials to composing room of daily or weekly publication and maintaining advertising files. Respnsibilities include:

• Confers with advertising and composing-room personnel to organize and file customer advertising copy.
• Confers with customers by telephone to discuss copy revisions.
• Reviews customer advertising files to ensure that information is correct and that files are maintained according to company standards.
• Performs other duties as described under supervisor master title.
