Subsystem components housed in the stand and the gantry that generate and monitor the electron beam. Components in the stand include the RF source and power supplies, and the klystron sections; components in the gantry include the electron gun, linear accelerator (Linac), bend magnet, positioning components (carousel drives, energy switch drive, and target drive), target, ion changers, and various sensors.
