• Positions edges of dried intestines together, places strips of paper (liners) over intestines, and slides them under presser foot of sewing machine.
• Starts machine, and stitches edges of liner and end of intestines to form casings.
• Maintains count of casings sewed for company records.
• May inspect and grade casings.
