• Reviews production schedules and confers with supervisory staff to plan shift operation of paste plant and bakeshop.
• Assigns duties to workers according to production schedules and demonstrates safe and efficient use of equipment.
• Inspects machinery and equipment to verify conformance to production standards.
• Prepares time, attendance, and production reports.
• Performs other duties as described under supervisor master title.
